1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Telegifts application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

• All purchases and subscriptions are handled via the Apple App Store.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to Apple's policies.

4. Swap Widget

The Telegifts application includes a Swap Widget that utilizes the Omniston protocol. Your use of the Swap Widget is governed by the STON.fi Terms of Use.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
